DAY 1: ARRIVE IN HO CHI MINH CITY (L-D) |
Arrive in HCM City – Pick-up at the airport and transfer to hotel – Attend a lecture on the unique and variety of Vietnamese Cuisine – At leisure – A half-day city tour includes Reunification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, The History Museum (or the Museum of War Remnants) – O/N in HCM City. |

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY (B-L-D) |
Attend a Cooking Class with a celebrated local chef who will introduce tourists to the wonderful flavors of Vietnamese cuisine – Visit the city’s bustling China Town with Thien Hau Temple and Binh Tay Market – O/N in HCM City. |

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH - MY THO - HO CHI MINH (B-L-D) |
Depart for My Tho - Boat trip on Mekong River to Thoi Son Islet - Visit the orchards and houses of the locals - Embark on a small sampan to explore the surrounding estuaries - Return to My Tho for lunch with deep fried elephant-ear fish - Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda – Return to HCM City for overnight. |

DAY 4: HO CHI MINH - DA NANG - HOI AN (B-L-D) |
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for Da Nang – Visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture – Enjoy lunch in Danang with “Mi Quang”, a kind of traditional noodle of the locals - An afternoon tour visits the Marble Mountains, China Beach - Continue the trip to Hoi An - Check in – Enjoy dinner with “Cao Lau”, the most famous speciality of Hoi An - O/N in Hoi An. |

Visit Tombs of Kings Tu Duc & Khai Dinh - Transfer to Phu Bai Airport for the short flight to Ha Noi – Arrive in Ha Noi – Transfer to hotel – Sampling the local delicacies such as Pho, Cha ca La Vong, Banh tom Ho Tay, etc. - O/N in Ha Noi. |

Visit President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, President Ho Chi Minh’s House on stilts, the One-Pillar Pagoda, the Ethnology museum - Depart for Ha Long – Check in – O/N in Ha Long. |

DAY 9: HA LONG - HA NOI (B-L-D) |
Boat cruise on Ha Long Bay – Enjoy a delicious fresh seafood lunch on boat - Return to Ha Noi - O/N in Ha Noi. |
