Cambodia has fully re-opened its borders to vaccinated foreign travelers. The vaccinated foreign travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival.

All international travelers entering Cambodia will need:

  • Visa before arrival - can be applied for online through the Cambodian Government’s official website https://www.evisa.gov.kh/ or through an Embassy/ Consulate of Cambodia.
  • Certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 no less than 14 days.
  • Certificate of negative COVID-19 (PCR) issued within 72 hours before arrival.

The international travelers arriving in Cambodia will be subject to COVID-19 test on arrival. Vaccinated visitors will be required to take rapid tests at entry port and wait for 15 to 20 minutes for the results. If the test result is negative, they are free to travel throughout Cambodia without any restriction and quarantine. Otherwise, if the test result is positive, they will be asked to do PCT test. If the positive result is still confirmed, they will be admitted to a treatment facility designated by the Ministry of Health for monitoring and treatment (on personal expenses).

For ones who are not fully vaccinated, they also will be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival. They must complete mandatory hotel quarantine for 14 days. If they have not pre-booked hotel, they quarantine at a government-designated hotel. A further Covid-19 PCR test is required on day 13.
